离体牙钙化根管的扫描电镜观察

Observation of calcified extracted teeth root canal by SEM

目的观察钙化根管系统的形态特点,探索将其疏通的措施。方法筛选钙化不通畅的离体牙根管,制片,SEM观察。结果收集钙化根管61个。SEM下,钙化根管系统呈多分枝样,局部狭窄甚至闭锁;根管壁牙本质小管的开口分布不规则、大小不一,局部可见牙本质吸收、再矿化及矿化生物膜样结构,近根尖区根管壁有牙本质小管或根尖分歧开口。结论钙化根管内有与牙根面相通的潜在间隙,内有细菌及其代谢产物,应尽可能将钙化根管疏通、扩大、消毒并严密充填。

Objective The aim was to observe morphological characteristics of calcified root canal and to explore how to clean, enlarge and shape the canal. Methods Extracted calcified teeth were selected to make specimens. Then the specimens were observed by SEM. Results Sixty - one calcified root canals were studied. It showed that many divergences and interruptions of part root canal continuity in calcified root canals. There were irregularly distributions of denfinal tubules on the root canal walls. Some parts of dentin were destroyed, remineralized and covered by mineralized biofilm - like structures. The open dentinal tubules could be seen on canal walls near apex. Conclusion There are some potential lacunas which connect with tooth root surface and include both bacteria and their metabolite in the calcified root canal. So the calcified root canal should be treated as completely as possible.
