摘要 迄今为止,已经发现了近3800种卤化物,其中很多是重要的抗生素。对这些抗生素的卤化机制的研究发现了四类负责生物卤化的卤代酶。本文综述了这四类卤代酶的特点,并介绍利用卤代酶基因为探针发现海洋放线菌中新抗生素生物合成基因簇的研究进展。 Nearly 3,800 halogenated compounds have been identified so far and many of which are important antibiotics. The microbial halogenases involved in antibiotic biosynthesis could be classified into four categories. This review will introduce the characteristics of each type of the halogenases and the advances in the bio-prospecting of novel antibiotic biosynthetic gene clusters from marine actinomycetes by using the halogenase gene as probe.
