美沙拉嗪对实验性结肠炎大鼠内毒素-Toll样受体4-细胞核因子-κB信号通路的影响

摘要 越来越多的细胞核因子-κB(NF-κB)与炎症性肠病(inflanmlatorv bowel disease,IBD)相关性证据表明,调节NF-κB通路可能是IBD治疗的主要靶点。而5-氨基水杨酸制剂(5-aminosalicylic acid,5-ASA)如美沙拉嗪是治疗IBD的主要药物,研究表明5-ASA作用机制广泛,如诱导中性粒细胞凋亡等。本研究观察美沙拉嗪对结肠炎大鼠内毒素(LPS)-Toll样受体4(TLR4)-NF-κB信号通路的影响,探讨5-ASA治疗IBD其他可能的作用机制。
