c—kit基因在腹泻型肠易激综合征肥大细胞中的表达及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 近年来随着人们生活水平的提高和健康意识的增加，肠易激综合征（IBS）与胃食管反流病、功能性消化不良等胃肠道功能性疾病一样，越来越受到患者和临床医生的重视。因其症状无特异性，与一些肠道器质性病变的症状多有重叠，诊断主要建立在症状学积分和排除器质性病变的基础上。因此，临床诊治很棘手。本文通过探讨c—kit基因在IBS腹泻型（IBS-D）患者肥大细胞（MC）中的表达情况，试图为临床诊治提供新的依据。
