An Analysis of GTO Models and Establishment of Model Card

对近年来提出的GTO模型加以简要分析，针对其在提取参数等方面的不便，提出了一种更适用于电路设计者的新模型，并进一步将其扩展为模型卡。该项研究在一定程度上弥补了Pspice软件的不足，为GTO电路设计提供了有效的模拟手段。

This paper analyses the GTO models advanced in recent years briefly, and also sug-gests a new model more suitable to the circuit designers to remedy the defects in extracting pa-rameters, which can be further extended into model card. This research makes up for the short-age of Pspice softwares to some extent, so as to provide an effective simulation means for GTOcircuit design
