摘要
采用原位聚合法制备白炭黑/浇注型PU复合材料,研究炭黑品种对复合材料性能的影响。试验结果表明,亲水型的白炭黑AEROSIL200和疏水型的白炭黑AEROSIL R972在聚己内酯二醇(PCL)中的分散性和稳定性较好,对PCL浇注型PU复合材料有显著补强、增韧和提高材料高温使用性能的作用。
The effects of the silica type on the properties of silica/cast PU composites prepared by in-situ polymerization were investigated. The test results showed that the dispersibility and stability of hydrophilic silica AEROSIL 200 and hydrophobic silica AEROSIL R972 in poly (e-caprolactone) (PCL) were better;they could be used to strengthen and toughen silica/cast PU composites and improve the high temperature performance of the composites.
