机车柴油机喷油凸轮副有限元分析与滚轮母线修形 被引量:1

FEA of fuel injection cam matching parts and roller crowning for locomotive diesel engine

摘要 根据接触力学理论合理建模,用有限元法对机车柴油机供油凸轮副进行了三维模拟计算,分析了凸轮副的接触应力和等效(Von Mises)应力的分布规律;针对凸轮副的边界应力集中问题,对滚轮进行母线修形,用有限元法对修形方案进行了初步的优化,并对修形效果进行了模拟。有限元分析结果表明,通过母线修形可以避免机车柴油机供油凸轮副的边界应力集中,大大降低最大应力,从而能够极大地提高凸轮副的疲劳寿命。 The model was made according to the principle of contact mechanics,and 3D simulation and calculations of fuel injection cam matching parts for locomotive diesel engine were done by using FEA.The distributing patterns of the contact stress and(Von Mises) equivalent stress of the fuel injection cam matching parts were analyzed,and the generatrix crowning was suggested to solve the stress concentration at the two ends of the roller.The optimization of roller crowning was done and the effect of the roller crowning was simulated by FEA.The simulating results shown that the roller crowning is able to avoid the stress concentration at the two ends of the roller,therefore,to reduce the stress maximum and to increase the fatique life of fuel injection cam matching parts significantly.
