随着国家卫生改革的不断深化,二级医院的生存和发展面临严峻的挑战,为改变困境,许多医院都积极探索改革之路。文章以2005年由亿仁集团兆真医院管理公司实行委托管理的上海市中心城区某二级医院为研究对象,研究其改革成效,为政府及民营企业的医院管理提供信息参考。

With the deepening of health reform, the survival and development of county hospitals faces severe challenges. But many＇ county hospitals are seeking their fnture by different reforming ways.
