摘要
以Jetta AT1.6轿车为对象,在分析其发动机电子控制系统主要传感器工作原理的基础上,设计了基于ARM微处理器芯片LPC2119的发动机传感器信号采集和信号模拟电路,利用Matlab/Simulink建立了发动机的半实物仿真模型,开发了汽车发动机电控半实物仿真试验平台。在所开发的试验平台上对Jetta AT1.6轿车的发动机ECU进行了性能测试,获得了基本map图和一些修正曲线,为ECU控制算法设计提供了有效的参考。同时,实车的测试结果与半实物仿真模型的计算结果基本一致,从而验证了所建发动机模型的正确性。试验结果表明,所设计的半实物仿真试验平台获得了满意的效果,不仅可以用于教学,而且可用来开发、调试及检测汽车的发动机电子控制系统。
In this paper, Jetta AT1.6 ear was studied. The engine signal acquisition and simulation circuits were designed based on the ARM microprocessor LPC2119 after analyzing the main sensors of engine electronic control system. Hardware-in-loop (HIL)simulation model for the engine electronic control was established using Matlab / Simulink and the HIL Simulation test platform for Engine Electronic Control was built. On the test platform, the performance of the engine ECU was tested, and the basic MAP and some modification curves were achieved. This provides an effective reference to the design of the ECU control system.At the same time, the test data is basically in accord with the HIL simulation data which verifies the correctness of the simulation model.Test results show that the HIL Simulation test platform meets the design requirements,and that it can not only be used for teaching, but also to develop,test and debug the engine elec- tronic control system.
