柴油机技术状态远程监测诊断系统研究与实践

摘要 论文在简单分析开展柴油机技术状态远程监测诊断研究实践的意义后,首先针对相关技术的现状,构建了柴油机技术状态远程监测诊断系统。接着探讨系统监测终端侧柴油机技术状态信息的采集与特征参数的提取,以及机身振动加速度信号序列如何转换为速度信号序列的方法。然后给出系统软件编程的重要依据——系统功能运行图,介绍如何通过软件编程实现系统功能,并介绍在该柴油机技术状态远程监测系统上进行的实验及结果。 After analyzing the necessity of research on diesel engine technology condition remote monitoring & diagnosis this paper firstly constructs the system of diesel engine technology condition remote monitoring & diagnosis based on the actuality of the correlative technology. Then it is discussed that how to detect the data of diesel engine technology condition, extract the condition character value, and transform the acceleration signal sequence into the rapidity signal sequence. At last, the figure of the system working is given that is the important bases of programming the system controlling software, and the experiment and its result on the system arc introduced.
