摘要
对以克鲁维酵母为生产菌,以洋姜为原料生产单细胞蛋白进行了研究,主要包括总糖度、pH值、温度、氮源对蛋白质产量的影响.并对其中某些因素的影响从理论上进行了探讨.
The present acticle studies on the single cell protein production which makes keuyveromyas fragilis as strain of production and makes Heianthus tubcrosus as raw material. The fartors which affect the single cell proteins output have also been investi gatal, these factors mamly mclude: suger concentration, pH, temperature and nitrogen source. The effecting mechanisms of some factors are discussed in term of thoory.
