摘要
本科教学工作水平评估有"五利":提升"顶层设计"水平、解决"两基""四不足"、建立健全教学质量保障体系、总结和提炼办学特色、促进教学文档建设。本轮评估存在"三弊":行政包揽、弄虚作假、追求形式和过度铺张。改进评估宜采取三项对策:导向上,由重评估结果转变到重评估过程;着眼点上,由全面关注学校办学内容转变到重点关注教学一线内容;方式上,由学校被动接受评估转变到主动要求评估。
This paper points out five advantages and three disadvantages of the undegraduate teaching evaluation. The five advantages are: enhancing standard of the the top-level design; solving some problems such as "four shortcomings" ; establishing and perfecting the guarantee system of the teaching quality; summarizing the special features and promoting the construction of teaching archives. The three disadvantages are: too much administrative interference; skullduggery; overemphasis on formality and extravagance. The paper also puts forward three measures to improve the teaching evaluation: placing emphasis on the process of evaluation; focusing the teaching contents; and university taking the initiative.
