摘要 维护良好的职业声誉应是当代高校教师从事职业活动不可忽视的重要内容。尽管目前建立我国高校教师声誉管理机制仍面临许多困难,但扭转高校教师声誉不断下滑的趋势既有必要也有可能。为此,应强化三方面的措施,即:政府层面的利益推动与社会主流舆论的正向引导;高校管理体制的优化和对教师职业行为的规约;教师自觉履行职业责任与良心自律。 Maintenance of a good professional reputation is an important component of teachers' professional activities. In spite of the difficulties in establishing a mechanism of teacher reputation management, it is necessary and possible to stop the declining of university teachers' reputation. To realize this aim, three measures should be taken: positive guidance of public opinion and reward from the govemment; optimization of the management system of universities and regulation of teachers' professional behavior; self-discipline and sense of professional duty on the part of teahers.
