高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校学生工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。新形势下要提高辅导员工作的实效性,应密切结合辅导员工作实际,采取以下措施:一是明确职责分工,实现有效的工作整合;二是赋予权利空间,给予合理的工作舞台;三是完善考核制度,建立有效的激励机制;四是保持"敏感"之心,培养有效的沟通能力;五是坚持为人师表,树立良好的职业形象;六是提高综合素质,夯实自身的发展基础。

Student supervisors constitute the mainstay force in the ideological and political work for university students and are the organizers, operators and guides of student work. In order to do their work effectively in the new situation, the following measures must be taken： clear division of work and responsibility; adequate power in work; perfect evaluation system; remain sensitive and improve communicative ability; set up positive image and serve as model for students; improve integrated quality and lay a solid foundation for personal development.
