摘要
将分配制度由"身份管理"转向"岗位管理",有利于调动教师积极性,发挥教师潜能和效用,提高教育教学质量和办学效益。而要改革高校收入分配制度,必须明确分配制度改革的基本原则,将聘任上岗、按约考核落到实处,同时还要处理好学校整体利益与教师个人利益、教学和科研两类关系。
This paper discusses the significance and ways of reforming the payment distribution system in institutions of higher learning in China. The key to the reform is to transform from the distribution system based on "the status of the person" to "the job the person does", which is conducive to bringing into full play the teachers' initiafives and potentials. To carry out the reformation, basic principles must be made clear, and two relationships should be properly dealt with: the relationship between the overall benefits of the university and individual benefits; the relafionship between science research and teaching.
