纵观校园文化建设的已有研究,多是针对全日制在校大学生群体文化建设的探索,而针对教育硕士这一独特群体的文化建设则鲜有论述。随着我国教育硕士规模不断扩大,层次不断提高,教育硕士群体文化建设成为高校文化建设的新领域。高品位的教育硕士群体文化对于促进教育专业发展和人才培养发挥着重大作用。重视教育硕士群体文化建设,对促进高层次人才培养,提高基础教育师资水平具有重要意义。

Most of the research of the campus culture research is aimed at the full-time undergraduate students and little has been done about the postgraduates. With the constant expansion of education postgraduate program, the building of the group culture of education postgraduates has become a new area of culture building in universities. The high-grade group culture of education master-degree candidates plays an important role in promoting the devel- opment of education specialty and talent cultivation.
