随着教育改革的不断深入,高校社团日益成为校园内凝聚力和号召力较强的群体。高校社团学生干部的素质对社团作用的发挥影响很大。因此,有必要通过严格选拔机制、强化培训机制、完善考核机制、鼓励对外交流、做好心理疏导等措施加强社团学生干部的培养。

With the continuous deepening of educational reform, university associations have become groups of increasingly great cohesion and appeal. The quality of student association leaders exert great influence upon the role these organizations play. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the cultivation of association leaders by implementing strict selection mechanism, reinforcing training mechanism, perfecting assessment mechanism, encouraging communication and conducting psychological counseling.
