上海市医疗资源及其纵向整合现状分析

The reality and preliminary analysis on medical resources and their vertical integration in Shanghai

对上海医疗资源及其纵向整合的现状进行了研究,结果表明,上海医疗资源配置和利用水平较高,但各级机构之间参差不齐,可以通过纵向整合进一步提高配置和利用效率。而目前医疗资源纵向整合存在着医疗资源管理的制度障碍,要合理配置和利用医疗资源以及实现纵向整合的目标,仍需从医疗资源管理制度改革着手。

This paper described the reality of medical resources and their vertical integration in Shanghai. The research results demonstrated that the level of medical resources allocation and utilization was higher in Shanghai than in other similar cities while the level of medical resources allocation and utilization was different among various medical instiutions, which made it possible to increase the efficiency of medical resources allocation and utilization by vertical integration of medical resources. However, there are some system obstacles in the vertical integration of Shanghai ＇ s medical resources. We have to start from the medical system reform in order to achieve the goal of promoring vertical integration and rationally allocating and using medical resources.
