惠州地区卫生资源公平性配置评价

The equity evaluation of health resource allocation in Huizhou Region

根据惠州地区历年的统计数据,采用基尼系数和泰尔指数两种评价资源配置公平性的分析方法,对惠州地区主要卫生资源在所辖区(县)配置的公平性进行分析,结果表明,近年来,惠州地区三项主要卫生资源指标(医疗机构床位、医生、护士)在各区(县)配置是基本公平的,并且医生、护士配置公平性在逐年提高,而医疗机构床位配置公平性有降低的趋势。

Based on the health statistical data, it had applied Gini Coefficient and Theil Index to evaluate the equity of health resource allocation. The results showed that three major health resource indicators which are hos- pital beds, number of doctors and nurses, basicly are equity, The trends of equity in the number of doctors and nurses are raising, and the allocation of hospital beds is in the trends on decreasing.
