摘要
本文从柑青醛出发合成了柑青醇、α-甲基柑青醇、α-动基柑青醇以及它们的乙酸酯和丙酸酯,共9个化合物,其中7个是尚未见报道的。用元素分析和IR法验证了各化合物的结构并对香气特征作了评定。
Myrac alcohol, α-methyl rnyrac alcohol and α-ethyl myrac alcohol were prepared from mypac aldehyde. Acetate and propionate of them were then obtained by esterification. The molecular structure of nine products were identified by IR and element analysis. The olfactory characteristic of the nine compounds was evaluated respectively. Seven of them were not reported hitherto.
