摘要
目的:研究标准化病人试题在不确切泄漏时对考生成绩的影响。方法:通过设置对照组和试验组,试验组考生在接诊内科、妇产科、儿科标准化病人时提供病例的"疑似诊断",考生考试结束时填写问卷;用t检验分析试验组和对照组的成绩差异,用单因素方差分析对照组病例和全体考生在不加干预病例上的维度得分差异。结果:t检验和单因素方差分析未发现有规律的显著性差异。结论:标准化病人试题在不确切泄漏的情况下具有良好的保密性能。
Objective: To explore the effect of uncertain leaking of standardized patient (SP) items on examinees' scores. Method: OSCE (objective structured clinical examination) trial and questionnaire survey were used in 2007. The experimental control group students were provided the suspected correct diagnosis when they interviewed standardized patients in the cases of internal, obstetrics and gynecology and pediatric. One-way ANOVA and t tests were used in data analysis. Result: No regular significances are found in the above analyses. Conclusion: The SP items have a good nature in security under the circum- stance of uncertain leaking.
