医学生就业难的几点思考

当前大学生就业难是一个不争的事实,医学生作为大学生的一个特殊的群体,就业难的现状表现的更加显著。文章阐述当前医学生就业的背景和现状,着重对造成医学生就业难的原因加以分析,对当前医学生的就业方向进行归类整理。同时为医学生的就业指点方向,为提高医学生就业率提几点建议。

It is a true fact without any doubt that the employment of university graduates is in difficulties. Medical students as a special mass group are more difficult in their employment. This paper elaborately deals with the employment background and the present situation of the current medical graduates, and emphatically analyzes the difficult reason of the current university graduates, and carries on the classification and reorganization to the current university graduates＇ employment direction. Meanwhile, this paper also makes several suggestions to raise the current university graduates＇ employed rate.
