摘要
通过对减震环零件磁痕显示的深入分析,指出了碳化物聚集产生磁痕的原因及特点。大量的对比试验证明,碳化物聚集形成的磁痕显示为非相关磁痕,存在此类显示的零件,其强度和使用性能不受影响,对零件不会构成危害。
The magnetic particle patterns for shock absorbing ring carbide mass were analyzed. The cause and characteristics about the magnetic particle patterns of carbide mass were pointed out. A lot of comparing tests proved that the magnetic particle patterns of carbide mass were a kind of irrelative magnetic particle pattern, and harmless for parts.
