摘要
从海南岛产大戟科植物特有种绣毛野桐(Mallotus anomalus Meer et Chun)中,分得两个结晶,其一为ent-Kaurene型新二萜野桐酮(anomaluone,1).另-结晶为已知物橙酰胺乙酸酯(aurantiamide acetate).
Two compounds were separated from Chinese plant of special spieces Mallotus anomalus Meer et chun (Euphorbiaceae), collected in Hainan island. One of them was shown to be a new diterpene of ent-kaurene type named Anomaluone. Its structure was elucidated by spectral analyses and chemical transformation, and the stereochemistry was determined by NOE technique. Another one is the known compound aurantiamide acetate.
