沙棘果对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠影响研究

Study on Protective Effects of Hippophae rhamnoides L Fruit on Ⅱ Type Diabetic Rat Model

本文探讨了沙棘果对糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用.试验方法分别采用沙棘果醇和水的提物对复制II型糖尿病大鼠模型进行定量和定期给药治疗4周,处死后,测定一系列相关的生化指标,并与正常组比较分析,得沙棘果不同提取物组的各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),且存在一定的量效关系.结果表明本模型大鼠血糖升高,并引起自由基代谢紊乱,适当服用沙棘果提取物可降低血糖、提高抗氧化能力,亦可起到保健作用.

It was investigated about the influence of Hippophae rhamnoides L fruit in diabetic rats. The model of Ⅱ type diabetic rat was treated with Hippophae rhamnoides L fruit water extracts and ethanol extracts for four weeks. After therat were death, many related indexes were analysed. Comparing with the normal group, those indexes were obviously improved in different extract groups, and there was dosage - effect relation. It suggested that the diabetic model was successfully maken, while Hippophae rhamnoides L fruit could decrease the level of blood glucose and increase antioxidant function in this model.
