超重儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子-1水平变化及其临床意义

Clinical Significance of Changes of Serum Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 in Overweight Children

目的探讨儿童超重与血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平的关系,评价血清IGF-1水平在超重儿童中的临床意义。方法采用标准方法进行体重分组,检测血压和左室肥厚,用放射免疫分析法,测定56例超重儿童和20例正常体重儿童(对照组)的血清IGF-1水平。结果超重儿童组、伴高血压超重组、伴左室肥厚超重组,儿童血清IGF-1水平明显高于对照组。结论儿童超重、伴高血压超重、伴左室肥厚超重血清IGF-1水平明显升高,IGF-1可能参与了儿童超重、高血压、左室肥厚的发生。

Objective To study the relation between overweight and serum levels of insulin - like growth factor - 1 （ IGF - 1 ） in children and assess the clinical significance of serum insulin like growth factor - 1 （ IGF - 1 ） in overweight children. Methods The groups were formed by standard ways according to weight, the blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy （LVH） were measured by standard ways and serum IGF - 1 levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 56 overweight children and 20 normal weight children （Control）. Results The serum IGF - 1 levels in overweight children and overweight children with hypertention and overweight children with LVH are higher than that of normal weight children（control）. Conclusion The serum IGF - 1 levels are ineresed in overweight children and overweight children with hypertention and overweight children with LVH, IGF - 1 may involve in overweight and hypertention and LVH.
