年产1500吨聚酯薄膜（Ⅲ线）扩建项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of control measures against occupational hazards in a construction project of an Mylar Ltd. about annual output of 1500 tons of Mylar （Ⅲ） project

目的对年产1500吨聚酯薄膜（Ⅲ线）扩建项目存在的危害因素进行检测和评价，以确保符合国家标准，保护劳工者健康：方法通过职业卫生调查、对作业场所存在的职业病危害因素进行检测并进行职业病危害控制效果评价。结果该扩建工程为轻微职业病危害的建设项目，职业病危害因素控制效果较好，基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》GBZI-2002的要求。结论扩建项目的机械化与自动化程度较高、通风排毒设施齐全、职业卫生管理制度有力执行对控制职业病危害至关重要。

Objective To ensure occupational hazard factors accordding to the National Standards through occupational hazard assessment in order to protect workers. Methods Through production processes and the environmental management and occupational health survey of the health survey data for risk factors through evaluation. Results The project production technology, equipment is rational lay- out, basic occupational health protection measures and emergency is measures, exist complete tested and approved by the occupational hazards. Conclusion The factors of control occupational hazards are better, and basically it is in line with the ＂standard industrial equipment＂ GBZ1 -2002 requirements.
