摘要
本文分析了传统的纸质和缩微病案在现实工作中的诸多不便，提出了病案影像化和数字化的概念和实现方法，设计开发了病案影像化管理系统，临床工作者能方便地在网络工作站上查阅病案，并对应用情况和注意事项给予了简要介绍。
In this paper we analyzed the disadvantages of traditional paper - based and micro - digital medical records, proposed way of implementing an imaged and digitalized medical reeords, and developed an imaged medical records system whieh enabled clinicians conveniently browsing the medical records via network. Brief introduction of application state and necessary notice is also provided
