药品监管行政准入管理信息系统建设思路

Reflection on the construction of drug administrative approval information system

药品监管行政准入管理信息系统建设是国家药品监管信息、化工作的重要组成部分，本文分析了当前国家药品监管行政准入管理信息系统存在的问题，围绕如何解决这些问题提出了以信息资源规划为基础，注重资源共享与业务协同的系统建设原则，并提出了新的系统体系架构、主要建设内容及建设思路。

The construction of drug administrative approval information system is one of the most important projects among State Food and Drug Administration＇s informatization construction works. In this paper, some problems in the existing drug administrative approval information systems were analyzed. In order to resolve above questions, some constructive principles were given and suggested to follow, and new system architecture was proposed. At last, how to design and implement the new information system was discussed also.
