摘要
目的:观察细棒束孢Isaria feline(DC.:Fr.)Fr.培养物对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180、肝癌H22、Lewis肺癌的抑瘤作用,探讨其应用于肿瘤临床的可行性。方法:采用肿瘤移植法建立小鼠荷瘤动物模型,灌胃给药,剂量为3.0g/kg、1.5g/kg、0.75g/kg,连续给药10d,观察药物对肿瘤生长的抑制作用,以环磷酰胺作为阳性对照药。结果:0.75g/kg、1.5g/kg、3.0g/kg剂量组对S180的抑瘤率分别为2.43%、34.84%(P<0.01)和47.03%(P<0.01);对H22的抑瘤率分别为12.24%、28.06%和36.22%(P<0.01);对Lewis肺癌的抑瘤率分别为24.57%、36.44%(P<0.01)和43.22%(P<0.01)。结论:细棒束孢培养物对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180、肝癌H22和Lewis肺癌均有显著的抑瘤作用,是一种极具开发前景的抗肿瘤新药资源。
Objective:To observe the inhibitory action of Isaria feline(DC.: Fr.)Fr.culture on the transplantation sarcoma S180,liver cancer H22,and Lewis lung cancer of mice and probe the feasibility of its clinical application.Methods:The mice models were made by tumor transplantation.The medicine was given by stomach feeding with the doses of 3.0 g/kg,1.5 g/kg and 0.75 g/kg in succession for 10 days in order to observe its inhibitory action on tumor growth.The endoxan was used in the control group.Results:The inhibitory rate of 0.75 g/kg,1.5 g/kg and 3.0 g/kg dosage groups on S180 was 2.43%,34.84% and 47.03% respectively(P〈0.01); on H22 was 12.24%,28.06% and 36.22% respectively(P〈0.01); and on Lewis lung cancer was 24.57%,36.44% and 43.22% respectively(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Isaria feline (DC.: Fr.)Fr.Culture has an obvious inhibitory action on the transplantation sarcoma S180,liver cancer H22,and Lewis lung cancer of mice.It is a new medicine of anti-tumor with a splendid prospect in clinical application.
