血脂康对青年腹型肥胖患者微量白蛋白尿的影响

Influence of Xuezhikang Jiaonang on Young Central Obesity Patients with Microalbuminuria

目的:观察血脂康对青年腹型肥胖患者微量白蛋白尿(MAU)的影响。方法:将94例患者随机分为对照组及血脂康组,对照组采用常规治疗,血脂康组在对照组治疗的基础上加用血脂康胶囊2粒,日3次,共8w。两组患者于治疗前后统一做尿蛋白定性、MAU测定和相关生化指标检查,并进行比较。结果:在治疗结束后,血脂康组在改善MAU和相关生化指标方面明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:血脂康胶囊不仅能改善青年腹型肥胖患者各项相关生化指标,而且可增强常规疗法的效果,有效地控制蛋白尿和肾小球病变进展。

Objective：To observe the influence of Xuezhikang Jiaonang（Capsule for regulating blood fat）on young central obesity patients with microalbuminuria（MAU）.Methods：The 94 young central obesity patients with MAU were randomized into routine group and Xuezhikang Jiaonang group.Based on the treatment of routine group,the Xuezhikang Jiaonang group was administered Xuezhikang Jiaonang,2 granules t.i.d for 8 weeks.The albuminuria qualitative analysis,MAU test and related biochemical index examinations were done for both groups before and after treatment for comparison.Results：After treatment,the improvement of MAU and related biochemical indices in the Xuezhikang Jiaonang group was remarkably better than that of the routine group,with a significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Xuezhikang Jiaonang can improve the related biochemical indices of young central obesity patients and enhance the therapeutic effect of routine treatment as well,effective in controlling albuminuria in the development of glomerulopathy.
