再生有机膨润土环境修复材料的制备及其在城市污水处理中应用

摘要 采用改性剂对再生膨润土环境修复材料进行有机改性制备。研究了其对乌鲁木齐东郊污水处理厂城市污水的吸附作用和影响因素。结果表明:在浆液浓度30%.改性剂7mmol/100g。温度60℃,反应时间80min时,是有机改性的最优条件。该材料对城市污水COD表现出良好的吸附性能,在pH=6、吸附剂用量6g/L、温度25℃、振荡时间20min条件下,污水中COD去除率可达到80.08%。 To be a material for environmental rehabilitation, the organo-modification of recycled bentonite was carried out by using a modifier. Its adsorption and influence factors in dealing with municipal sewage were studied in Urumqi Eastern Suburb Sewage Treatment Plant. It has shown that the best condition for the organo- modification was 30% content of recycled bentonite, 7 mmol/100 g of modifier, temperature at 60 ℃ for 80 minutes. This material showed a good adsorption of COD in municipal sewage. Under the condition of pH value at 6, 0.6 g/L of adsorbent dose, temperature at 25 ℃ and oscillating for 20 minutes, the COD removal from sewage could reach up to 80.08%.
