摘要
元素磷主要通过废气和废水进入环境,是水源地严格控制其含量的污染物。研究了用环己烷将水中的微量黄磷萃取,再用溴水将黄磷氧化成磷酸盐,之后用钼锑抗显色剂显色,在700nm波长处用分光光度法测定水中黄磷的方法。指出该方法有较好的准确度和精密度、稳定性强、干扰少、操作简便易学,适用于生活饮用水、地下水及水源地水中的黄磷测定。
The element phosphorus enters the environment via gas emission and wastewater discharge. It is a pollutant that should be strictly controlled for drinking water sources. A determination method for phosphorus in water was studied by extracting the trace quantity of yellow phosphorus out of water with cyclohexane first, then converting phosphorus into phosphate with bromine water, and finally colourating with a colour reagent containing ammonium molybdate, antimony potassium tartrate and ascorbic acid, measuring its absorbency at 700 nm wavelength with spectrophotometer. This method has shown good accuracy and precision, stable, and easy to operate, tt was adaptable to the determination of yellow phosphorus in drinking water, groundwater and source water.
