我国再生资源产业发展中的问题及对策探讨

An Approach to Policies against Problems in the Development of Resource Recovery Industry in China

文章研究分析了我国再生资源产业发展的现状及存在的主要问题。从加强政府对产业发展的宏观调控和引导，改革产业管理体制，制定和完善产业发展的法律法规，构建社会化产业发展体系，调整产业空间布局和组织结构，建立产业市场与技术发展体系等方面，提出了加快我国再生资源产业可持续发展的对策建议。

Present situation and major problems in the development of resource recovery industry in China were analysed. Referring to the practices in developed countries, related policies on promoting the sustainable development of resource recovery industry in China have been proposed covering such aspects as strengthening the government to guide, regulate and control the industrial evolution, reforming the industry＇s management mechanism, enacting or improving regulations for the industrial development, setting up a development complex for socialising the industry, readjusting the industry＇s spatial distribution and organisational structure, establish-ing an industrial market and technolgical development system,and etc.
