摘要
对比实验发现聚乙烯醇(PVA)中少量添加海藻酸钠包埋微生物效果较好,重点研究了PVA与海藻酸钠混合载体包埋固定化活性污泥系统降解有机物运行过程中凝胶体凝胶溶出特性、包埋工艺对微生物活性的损伤和恢复情况,以及凝胶的物理特性和抗持久性能变化情况。结果表明,包埋固定化微生物小球在反应器中运行时,其物理特性、微生物活性、降解能力及载体本身都要有一定程度的变化;对这些特性的探讨不但能为研究固定化后微生物微观特性打下基础,同时能为工程应用提供理论指导。
It was found that polyviny showed more effective on the microbia I alcohol (PVA) modified by mixing a small amount of sodium alginate mmobilisation. The character of gel digestion in the course of organic degradation in such an immobilised activated sludge system, the microbial activity impairment and restoration of the entrapment process, as well as the changes in physical features and anti-lasting property of the gel were focused in the study. The results showed that the physical characteristics, microbial activities, degradation capacity and the carrier itself were varied to certain extent when the immobilised microbial pills were running in a reactor. Such a search would not only lay a base for studying micro-characters of the immobilised microbe, but also provide theoretical guidance for the application.
