摘要
为进一步研究飞灰在建材中的可利用性。采用XRFCX射线荧光光谱仪),SEM(环境电子扫描电镜).XRDCX射线衍射仪)、IR(红外光谱仪)、ICP(电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪).激光粒度分析仪等先进仪器,分析了生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的粒径.微观形貌及组成。结果表明:98%~99%的飞灰颗粒粒径在4~100μm之间,颗粒分布比较均匀;玻璃相含量高达59%,其中的玻璃微珠使得飞灰具有较大的活性;主要化学成分是CaO、SiO2、Al2O3,含量分别35.8%,20.5%、5.8%.构成SiO2-Al2O3-金属氧化物体系;主要矿物成分是SiO2、CaCl2、Ca3Si2O7、Ca2SiO4·0.35H2O、Ca9Si6O21·H2O,K2Al2Si2O8·3.8H2O和AlCl3·4Al(OH)3·4H2O等硅酸盐及铝硅酸盐。指出飞灰是一种有用材料。
Particle size distribution, microstructure and composition of fly ash from municipal solid waste incineration (MSWl) were studied by means of X-ray fluorescence (XRF), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), induced coupled plasma (ICP), laser particle size analyser, and etc. It was found that the size of 98% - 99% fly ash particles was in the range of 4 to 100 μm. It featured a rather even size distribution and contained vitrics up to 59% in which vitreous micro-beads made the fly ash more active. It mainly comprised 35.8% CaO, 20.5% SiO2 and 5.8% Al2O3 featuring a system of SiO2-AI203-metal oxides. Its major mineral composition was silicates and alumino-silicates containing SiO2, CaCl2, Ca3Si2O7, Ca2SiO4·0.35H2O, Ca9Si6O21· H2O, K2Al2Si2O8·3.8H2O, AlCl3·4Al(OH)3·4H2O and etc. Hence, fly ash was of a usable material.
