A Revised Circular Economy Model and its Application Based on Objectivity-Process-Subjectivity Analysis

发展循环经济已经上升为国家发展战略，要求我们对循环经济的理论和实践进行深化研究。文章分析了循环经济基础模型存在的利弊，基于从对象-过程-主体（OPS）三维的整合思考，提出了循环经济的实施模型。并以上海为例，阐述了该模型的具体应用思路。

As circular economy has become the national strategy, it is necessary to deepen a study on its theory and practice. After pointing out the limitation of the basic circular economy model, a revised circular economy model based on objectivity-process-subjectivity analysis was brought forward. On the basis of this model, its application to Shanghai＇s practice was expatiated.
