摘要 目的评价早期加用1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)的临床干预效果。方法2006年1月至2008年3月四川省眉山市第二人民医院收治的82例中重度HIE患儿随机分为对照组(38例)和治疗组(44例)。对照组常规对症支持治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用FDP150mg/(kg.d),连续使用7d。观察患儿的意识状态、肌张力、前囟张力、原始反射等临床指标的变化。结果治疗组HIE患儿临床症状的改善时限较对照组短,治疗组的有效率高于对照组。结论HIE早期加用FDP可获得较常规治疗更好的治疗效果。 Objective To evaluate the clinical intervention effect of Fructose-1,6- Diphosphate(FDP) on Moderate-Severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods From January 2006 to March 2008,82 cases of HIE were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group( control group)received normal support- ive treatment, and the other group (therapy group)received normal treatment supportive treatment in addition to FDP instillation for 7 days. Neurological symptoms ( consciousness, muscular tension, anterior fontanel tension, primitive reflexes)of each case were observed regularly. Results The recovery time course of clinical symptom in therapy group was significantly shorter than that of control group, and the effective power in therapy group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusions There are obviously positive clinic benefits of early FDP employment in HIE therapy, which can offer more satisfying therapeutic efficacy than conventional therapy does.
