摘要
目的探讨较理想的修复牙齿楔状缺损的材料和方法。方法82例286颗中、深度楔状缺损牙随机分成A、B、C3组,分别用光固化复合树脂、FX-II型玻璃离子、FX-II型玻璃离子水门汀加光固化复合树脂夹层设术修复楔状缺损,随访2年后疗效。结果A组成功率为83.3%,B组成功率为93.5%,C组成功率为95.9%。A与B组、A与C组,P<0.05,B与C组,P>0.05。结论在中、深度楔状缺损治疗中,玻璃离子,光固化玻璃离子夹层技术均优于光固化复合树脂治疗方法。
Objective To explore the better materials and methods for restoring wedge-shaped defects. Methods 82 cases of 286 teeth with middle or deep degree of dental wedge-shaped defects were randomly di- vided into three groups:A, B, C. Group A was restored by light-cured composite resin, the group B by FX-II glass ion,and group C by the interlayer technology (FX-II glass ion and light-cured composite resin). Evaluation of the clinical curative effect was made after restoration for two years. Results The successful rate of group A was 83.3% ,group B was 93.5% ,and group C was 95.9% ( PAB 〈0. 05 ,PAC 〈0. 05 ,PBC 〉0. 05). Conclusion FX-II glass ion and interlayer technology are better than light cured composite resin in treating middle or deep degree wedge-shaped defect of teeth.
