中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Clinical studies on retention enema with chinese drugs in treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的观察研究自拟中药溃疡Ⅰ号保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎治疗效果。方法将100例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组进行疗效比较,治疗组51例,采用中药保留观察;对照组49例,采用西药保留灌肠。结果两组治愈率和总有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论溃疡Ⅰ号治疗溃疡性结肠炎近期疗效显著,具有较高临床应用价值,远期疗效有待进一步观察。

Objective To observe the curative effect of retention enema with self-design Chinese drug Ulceration Formula I in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 100 cases were random divided into 2 groups： treatment group（51 cases） ,which were given the retention enema with self-design Chinese drugs,and controlled group（49 cases）were given the retention enema with western drugs. Results The results showed that there was a significance difference between them both in the curative rate and the total effective rate （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Treatment group was significant superior to controlled group. Conclusion Ulceration Formula I in treatment of ulcerative colitis has good curative effect with high clinical value, but the long-term effect should be operated further.
