3～10岁少儿斜视矫正手术术前术后的护理

The nursing before and after strabismus-rectify-operation from 3 to 10 years old children

目的通过与3～10岁幼儿建立一对一护患交友活动,提高患儿斜视矫正术的合作程度。方法实行专一护士全程伴随患儿术前术后检查与护理,多与患儿接触交流,融入患儿的生活中,建立有亲切感、依赖感、安全感的护患关系。结果3～10岁15名患儿行全麻下斜视矫正手术,有3名学龄前患儿进入手术室时有哭闹等不良情绪,其余患儿合作良好。结论建立一对一护患交友活动,可以让患儿有亲切感、安全感,提高患儿手术的合作程度。

Objective Through the activity that from the 3 -10 years old children solved trouble and made friends each other, enhances the cooperation degree of the children＇ s strabismus-rectify-operation. Methods Carry on specially-nurse inspection and nursing before and after strabismus-rectify-operation in the process, contacted and communieated with trouble children often, melts into in the trouble children＇ s life, estab- lishment the kind,dependence and safe solve trouble-relations. Results 15 troubles children who were 3 - 10 years old operate strabismus-rectify-operation under anesthesia,3 before school age troubles children had the bad mood with cry and noisy when entered the operating room, others were well. Conclusion Establishes solve trou- ble and make friends each other can make the children feel kind and safe, enhances the cooperation degree of the children＇s squint-rectify-operation.
