城乡复发再入院精神分裂症患者社会支持状况调查

Investigation of social support in urban and rural schizophrenic patients having a relapse and hospitalizing again

目的调查城市与农村地区,复发再入院精神分裂症患者院外社会支持状况。方法选取本院复发再入院精神分裂症患者208例,运用社会支持量表(SSRS)等调查工具,在患者入院症状改善后,与患者面谈完成社会支持资料收集。结果208例分裂症患者社会支持总分29.6±3.4,低于一般人群;将208例调查对象按来源分为城市、农村两组,城市组社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持和支持利用度均低于农村组(28.1±2.9/31.2±3.1,14.3±2.0/15.8±2.0,8.1±1.7/9.0±1.2,5.7±1.2/6.4±1.1,P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者总体社会支持状况低于一般人群,而城市分裂症患者社会支持问题尤其突出。

Objective To investigate the conditions of social support outside the hospital to urban and rural schizophrenic patients. Methods 208 schizophrenic patients,which had had a relapse and hospitalized a- gain. Using Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）, investigators talked with the schizophrenic patients to obtain the data when their illness had been improved. Results The total score 29. 6 ± 3.4 of SSRS of 208 schizophrenic patients were lower than general ;208 cases were divided into two groups：one is urban patient and the other is rural patient. The total score of SSRS, and each factor scores of SSRS （ the scores of objective support, the scores of subjective support and the scores of making use of social support） ,which were scored in the groups of urban patients, were all significantly lower than those in rural schizophrenic patients（28. 1 ± 2. 9/31.2 ± 3.1,14. 3 ± 2.0/15.8 ± 2. 0,8. 1 ± 1.7/9. 0 ± 1.2,5.7± 1.2/6.4 ± 1.1 ）, with statistic significances （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The social support were given to schizophrenic patients are significantly lower than general, and the problem of social support are more serious in the groups of urban schizophrenic patients.
