摘要
就粮食气力输送技术存在的动力消耗和粮食机械损伤两大问题,提出了在气力输送系统的结构设计,操作参数包括气流速度、适宜水分、输送浓度比及温度控制等方面在内的切实可行和有效措施。还就如何利用现代科学与计算机技术,对进一步合理设计气力输送装置、降低能耗,进行减少输送破损,输送理论与状态控制研究,输送过程进行数值模拟和分析,系统部件的优化设计等研究发展问题提出了见解。
This article summarized energy consumption and grain mechanical damage present in grain pneumatic conveying and put forward the effective measures to lower energy consumption and prevent grain damage from structure design and operatingparameters (including air velocity Va,adequate misture Mc weight concentrate ratio μand temperature T)adjustment of pneumatic conveying system. The view about how touse contemporany science and computer technology to design the pneumatic conveyingsystem and control pneumatic conveying condition to minimize energy consumption andgrain mechanical damage,to make numerical value simulation and analysis of pneumaticconveying process and to optimize the design of system components is systematicallypointed out.
