成人脊柱退行性变对肺通气功能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨成人胸段脊柱退行性变后对肺通气功能的影响。方法选择咳嗽、气促病例86例,均为女性,行肺功能测定,依主要指标测定VC、FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC%等值判断肺功能类型及程度,行胸椎、胸部X线检查,分析胸段脊柱退行性变的程度并测定Cobb's角,分析胸段脊柱退行性变与肺功能下降是否相关。结果肺功能下降与胸段脊柱退行性变,尤其上胸椎病变相关,并以阻塞性通气功能下降为主,退行性变明显者其肺通气功能下降相对严重(P<0.05)。结论胸段脊柱退行性变可能是导致成人慢性阻塞性肺病,尤其是老年性肺病的重要因素之一。 Objective To investigate the degeneration of the thoracic vertebras affecting on pulmonary ventilation function in the adults. Methods 86 female patients with cough and anhelation were selected. They were detected their key pulmonary function indexes, including VC,FVC,FEV1 ,FEV1/FVC%, to assess the style and degree of respiratory dysfunction. Taking the X-ray examination on thoracic vertebras and thoraces was to assess the degree of degeneration of the thoracic vertebras and measure the Cobb's horn. These data were used to analyze the relationship between the degeneration of the thoracic vertebras and the decent of pulmonary function. Results The decent of pulmonary function has something with the degeneration of thoracic vertebras, especially the disease of upper thoracic vertebras, and especially the pulmonary ventilation function. The patients who developed more serious degeneration in the thoracic vertebras have worse pulmonary ventilation function. (P〈0.05). Conclusion The degeneration of thoracic vertebras is one of the important factors which cause adult chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,especially the eldly pulmonary disease.
