稳心颗粒配合普罗帕酮治疗室性早搏的临床观察

目的探讨稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏患者的疗效。方法将108例室性早搏患者随机分为两组,治疗组54例,给予稳心颗粒1包(9g)3次/d;普罗帕酮150mg,口服3次/d,对照组54例,给予普罗帕酮150mg,口服3次/d;用药4周后比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗4周后治疗组室性早搏改善总有效率98.1%,对照组为85.2%。两组比较差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒对室性早搏有一定治疗作用,且安全有效。

Objective To study the curative effect of Wenxinkeli on patients with cardiac premature beats. Methods 108 cases of ventricular ectopic beats were randomly divided into study group （ n = 54 ） and control group（ n = 54）. The study group were treated with Wenxinkeli （9 g tid） togrther with propafenone （ 150 mg tid） ;The control group were treated only with propafenone（ 150 mg tid） ; curative effects of the two groups were studied and compared four weeks after treatment. Results Four weeks after the treatment, the total effective rate was 98.1% in the treatment group with significant difference as compared with those in the control group 85.2% （0.01〈P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wenxinkeli has obviously curative effect on cardiac premature beats, and also is safe.
