门诊处方调查和用药分析

The out-patient service prescription investigates and uses of medicine the analysis

目的了解门诊处方用药情况,找出存在的问题,以便安全合理用药。方法采用回顾性分析,对抽样处方逐一审查,进行统计分析。结果共抽样2007年1～12月门诊处方13521张,人均用药4.12种,人均每次药费为89.29元。其中10.8%的处方使用了针剂,28.5%使用了抗菌药物,国家基本药物占处方总数的66.2%,通用名的使用比例为81.2%,不合格处方215张(1.59%),其中不合理用药处方93张(0.69%),缺陷处方122张(0.90%)。结论通过处方抽查可存在部分不合理用药和处方书写问题,应进一步加强处方管理和推进新处方办法的正确实施,促进合理用药。

Objective To study the out-patient service call prescription with the medicine circumstance, find out the existent problem, in order to make safety reasonable use medicine. Method Adoption the review is analytical to sampling the prescription investigates one by one, carrying on statistics the analysis. Result Draws samples the out-patient service prescription 13 521 from January to December 2007 totally, the person all uses the medicine 4.12 kinds of, person all the medicine fee each time is 89.29 yuan . Among them, 10. 8% prescription used the medicine for injection,28.5% used the anti- bacterium medicine, the national basic medicine has 66. 2% of the prescription total amount, the in general use uses the comparison as 81.2%, unqualified 215 of prescription, among them not reasonable use the medicine prescription 93 prescriptions （0. 69% ） , 122 blemish prescriptions. Conclusion Makes selective check through a prescription and can exist the part is not reasonable to write the problem with the medicine and prescriptions, should further strengthen the prescription management and push forward the right implement of new prescription way, promote reasonable use medicine.
