CT扫描在鼻咽癌放射治疗的临床价值

The value of computer tomography in radiation treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨鼻咽癌放射治疗后的CT表现及其临床价值。方法回顾分析经临床、病理证实，且经放射治疗的45例鼻咽癌前后的CT影像学表现。结果45例患者放疗前后CT影像学对比分析，鼻咽部肿块有不同程度缩小。放射治疗中有15例出现副鼻窦放射性反应；28例口腔黏膜反应。结论鼻咽部CT扫描对鼻咽癌的诊断，特别是对鼻咽癌放疗后的疗效观察是很有效的方法，对确定鼻咽癌侵犯部位及范围是必不可少的，对放疗照射野的选择以及局部肿瘤复发和转移检查亦有很高的价值。

Objective To discuss the imaging manifestations of computer tomography in radiation treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods The clinical manifestations and imaging features of 45 patients with radiation treatment of NPC and were analyzed retrospectively confirmed by clinical and pathology. Resuits CT analysis of NPC bfore and after radiation treatment with 45 patients, nasopharyngeal mass in varying degrees to narrow. 15 cases showed radiation reactions in paranasal sinuses and 28 cases mouth mucosa damage. Conclusion CT plays an important role in follow up of NPC after radiotherapy. It is necessary and valuable for detection of tumor recurrence and metastasis.
