摘要 本文讨论了炉内喷钙脱硫工况条件下,SO2和NOx排放的影响因素。实验表明,SO2和NOx排放与炉内温度、Ca/S、脱硫剂细度、煤种、过剩空气系数等有密切关系。另外还分析了不同煤种在不同钙硫比下对结渣、粘污、灰负荷、飞灰含碳量、比电阻等的影响。 The influencing factors of SO 2 and NO x emissions are discussed under the conditions of limestone desulphurization in pulverized coal fired boilers.The test results show that the SO 2 and NO x emissions are heavily dependent on such factors as furnace temperature,Ca/S,sorbent particle size,coal type,excess air coefficient,etc.Also studied in this paper is the effect of various types of coal under different Ca/S ratios on slagging,fouling,ash load,fly ash carbon content and specific electrical resistance.
