摘要
应用ANSYS软件建立了DD6119大客车车身声场—结构耦合模型,并对车内噪声进行了有限元仿真研究。通过耦合系统模态与频率响应分析,得出了车内声场固有频率与噪声声压曲线,分析了车内噪声能量分布以及掣身振动对车内噪声的影响。研究结果表明:在低频范围内,DD6119大客车车内噪声主频为80Hz,车内低频轰鸣噪声主要来源于车身顶部振动。
By using the ANSYS software ,a coupled acoustic-structure model of the DD6119 bus was built and a FEM-based simulation of the bus interior noises was performed. Through the techniques of mode and frequency response analysis applied on the coupled system,the resonance frequencies,sound pressure curve,and sound energy distribution of the bus interior noise were obtained. Furthermore,the effects of bus-body vibration on the interior noise were analyzed. The simulation results suggest that,in low- frequency range ,the resonance frequency of the interior noise of the DD6119 bus is 80Hz,which is mainly from the roof vibration of the bus body.
