摘要 以某微车变速器为研究对象,建立了汽车变速器的多体动力学分析模型,得到了输入转速3000rpm、110Nm工况下系统的齿轮啮合力、轴承作用力、扭转角等规律。研究结果为对变速器进行系统动力学深入研究奠定了基础。 A mini vehicle transmission is taken for investigation object and the multi-body dynamic model of vehicle transmission is estblished. Parameters ,such as gear mesh force ,bearing force and torsion vibration,are gained under the condition that the rotational speed is 3000 rpm and the moment is 110Nm. Dynamic profound research of system can be carried out on the basis of the investigation results.
